BEST PORTUGUESE CHEESES - ANIL 2022

RTM Group went to the ENLÁCTEOS 2022 congress, which was attended by those responsible for ANIL - National Association of Dairy Industries, some guest speakers from the University of Minho, AESE Business School, Portugal Foods and also the Portuguese Minister of Agriculture and Food.

Grupo RTM applied for awards in the following categories:

Mature sheep milk Cheese – production at Herdade da Maia
Extra Mature sheep milk Cheese – production at Herdade da Maia
Extra Mature goat milk Cheese – production at Herdade da Maia
New fresh flavors – production at Herdade da Maia
Cheeses with surface cultures – production at Cooperativa Leite Montanha
